They left flyers on doors in our neighborhood. I called to get an estimate for rain gutter cleaning. We set up an appointment for the estimate and he was on time. I showed him what I wanted, the gutters cleaned and possibly gutter protectors. He said OK and asked me if I had a tape measure. I thought it odd, since he was coming here to measure for an estimate. I think he may have found a small one, measured and left, promising the estimate soon. In a prompt manner he called, and delivered the estimate. I wanted to look at the various gutter guards so texted him (there was no email address) for links to those products. It was after 10 pm and he got right back saying he fought it was kinda late to do that. But his wife would do it. I told him I didn't mean now, tomorrow would be fine. 8 days later I wrote again asking for the links. He apologized and again said his wife would send them. Nothing again. Almost two weeks later, with still no response I wrote again saying thanks but just cancel. He answered 'no problem', and apologized. Good for apologizing. Not so good for 'no problem'. It was a problem so I told him. He HAD wasted a lot of my time. He responded saying now I was wasting HIS time. It was then I decided to write a review. From coming unprepared with no tape measure for an estimate, not supplying the promised product info to a very smart alec set of responses, he was very unprofessional. I would not let him work on my house.
