.My house is only eleven years old. The windows are all horrible. The wood at the bottom is rotting. The seals are broken. They came out to our house due to a class action law suit that is against them. They offered to replace the windows at a wholesale cost. When I talked to a builder, he informed me that the price that they quoted wasn't wholesale. Do your research and don't use this company. There was a lady there that was very nice. The guy I spoke with was just saying that it wasn't their fault.

This company went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to honoring this 9 year old warranty. They worked effortlessly in accomodating our needs. The woman I spoke with (Barbara Brown - from their Illinois office) was so incredibly helpful in assisting with our window replacements.

They have been great to work with especially under warranty. When I call and leave a message they call back within the next day. Everyone I have worked with has been very helpful and informative. It is especially impressive as they are not making any money from our interactions because they are honoring the warranty of another company.
