When I contacted Henry's Roofing, Tom called back and made an appointment with my husband to measure the roof. When he did, my husband asked him if he would remove our stove pipe, also. Tom asked if we had any leaks or problems before he got on the roof. My husband pointed out a couple of spots on our ceiling. Tom made suggestions as to what may have caused the stains and said that some plywood may have to be replaced. After measuring the roof, Tom said that to be in code, we needed two more vents in the roof. He let us know that the estimate was for shingles that the company already had in stock. If we wanted a color that they did not have it would be more. I accepted the bid and chose my shingles. I was put on the list and told that it would be about three weeks before they would be able to do our roof. Because the person ahead of us wanted to wait so we got our roof done about two weeks early.
When the workers showed up, they put a tarp in our driveway before they backed the truck into the driveway. They did that each day that they worked. They put tarps down to catch all of the shingles that they took off. The crew chief was patient and answered all of my questions. He told me how long it would take to complete the job. He was off by a half a day, which was okay. The workers were very nice.
We did not need any plywood replaced, and stove pipe was taken out.
I am quite happy with the work, and have absolutely no complaints. I would recommend Henry's Roofing to anyone that needs roof work.

We first worked with Henri's Roofing back in 1999 for a roof repair from
storm damage for an insurance claim. Henri's Roofing got the job, and
did a fantastic job. The workers arrived on the day and time they said
they would, the crew was professional, always cleaned up after
themselves, and were courteous. When the job was done, the roof looked
great, was better than before, and they cleaned up so well that there
was nearly no trace they had ever been there.
Now, in 2013, we again needed storm repairs on a different building, and the first company
we thought of was Henri's. Our experience was the same.
They are prompt, professional, helpful, and I look forward to working with them again.
The same man came out to give the estimate, so they have loyal employees.
I got on Angie's list because the insurance company wants another estimate so I was
hoping to find another roofing company with decent ratings. But, as I write this, I hope
Henri's gets the bid.
The house is physically located in California just over the border, but virtually all the business
and skilled work we have to hire is in the Klamath Falls, Oregon area.
