The representative was wonderful. Polite, respectful, professional. He tried to be as quiet as he could while he was in the house and apologized when he had to make noise drilling. He followed instructions and installed the dish and router just where we wanted them. While prepping the areas the was just a quiet as he could be. I didn't mind at all. How can you when someone is such a good person? We've always had great customer service from DISH reps. We've had Direct TV and switched because the customer service was way below standard (years ago).
