General Remodeling
When the worker finished, he informed me that the gutters were thoroughly cleaned and sealed. I'm partially disabled and it is difficult for me to use a ladder, so I took him at his word. After a few days I squirted my garden hose onto my roof in several places to see if my gutters were still leaking. There were two places where the gutters still leaked. My wife and I got a ladder and managed to place it against the roof to inspect the leaking corner. To my dismay, I could see that the gutters still had a lot of shingle gravel in them. In other words, the gutters were not cleaned correctly.
I then purchased some gutter seal to properly seal the leaks and my wife and I cleaned and sealed the gutters ourselves over the next several hours! We removed two 5 gallon buckets of tile granules from the gutters. Obviously, we didn't get the service we paid for.
