Very excellent experience. They were able to come earlier than planned which was great. They communicated well with me on the phone and also during the repairs---showed me exactly what the problems were and answered all questions. Neat, Clean personable plumbers  (2). Were in the house about an hour, tested out all repairs with me. I thought the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommen them and I will use them again in the future.

Case Plumbing was available within 24 hours. They arrived promptly at 9am. They were courteous, friendly and professional. Telling me what they were going to do before they did it and showing me as they went. They even cleaned up after themselves.

Counter top installed found the problem (he thought he could reinstall the sink) and leaking valves; Case responded same day and did good work at a fair price.

anThis is an older mobile home, which had settled a bit, causing the drainpipe to sag a bit and no longer had enough slope to drain properly. In order to fix it, Ryan had to crawl under the mobile home, dig down into the soil a bit in order to cut and lower the pipe. Since there's only about 3 feet of clearance this was difficult, to say the least. He was not able to come on the Friday that he had originally scheduled due to another job taking longer than expected, so he showed up on Saturday morning, got in under the house and did the work without disturbing anyone. When I got the invoice in the mail, I was pleased and surprised to find that he had done the work for considerably less than his original estimate! ($329 instead of $475-$550). The drain has worked fine since he did the work.
This is not the first time I have had Case Plumbing do work for us, and I've been consistently pleased with his professionalism and good customer service. He tries to help you figure out the least expensive way to get the job done, while making sure it will be done well.

Ryan came out and evaluated the project for us and made recommendations on what to get. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable. We are waiting for parts to proceed.

Ryan Case came out and did an estimate, worked with my schedule and we then set a date to do the job. Arrived on time and replaced guest sink and faucet installed shutoff valves. Next appointment was for flooring, after the vinyl was laid, they came same day and finished putting in the new toilet, counter top, sink and faucet. Any future problems I have Case Plumbing will be the business I call.

I called them to work on a leak in an apartment. I talked to Gary and Chad during the process of getting the work done. I have to say Chad really impressed me as a knowledgeable and professional person. They were in and out in no time with a new faucet installed and working properly. The bill was quite reasonable and we will continue to use them for all our plumbing maintenance and repairs.

I called Case Plumbing after seeing the reviews on Angies List. Ryan answered and was very professional. I told him what issues I needed addressed in my house I was trying to sell. He showed up on time and gave an estimate. He was one of several plumbers we had come in for estimates and he was by far the most professional and seemed to be the most capable. I selected Case Plumbing and Ryan accommodated my time line, working on Saturday at no extra charge. He completed the job in half the time that he originally quoted and charged half the amount. Honest, fair, and capable, you won't go wrong with Case Plumbing.

He came over the day I called, we agreed on a price and since he had a
cancellation, he was able to install the sink and faucet that
afternoon. A fast, efficient job. Well done.

We called Case Plumbing to ask some questions when our water heater went out...they answered all questions and gave us some suggestions on the phone. They then ordered the water heater and brought it out. It was not the water heater required for our house, so they had to make some adaptions, which they did very nicely. They were very clean with the process and quick!

Perfect he made it look easy.

They do great work, pricing is good and everything is an A for them.
