Richard was prompt, polite and did a great job! He spent a lot of time investigating where the blockage was in the dryer duct. He crawled in our yukky crawl space, cut the ducts apart to make sure that they were clean and got completely dirty and sweaty doing so- with a nice smile on his face the entire time! He did a very thorough job and now we feel very safe operating our dryer. He also repaired them so they are safe and a little easier for the lint to exit the ducts. He also did our yearly test for the air conditioner and heater. We are very happy with the excellent service and great price. We highly recommend Basin!!

They came out with a big machine and went from room to room cleaning all of my air ducts. My air ducts were older and I think they did an amazing job.

The two techs came out as agreed and thoroughly explained everything they did to check the system. I was very pleased because they didn't only do a visual inspection, but took the system apart to really check it out. They reassembled it, made sure everything was in good working order, and left the area clean and tidy.
I will use them each year from now on for yearly maintenance!

I called to ask that my heat pump/furnace be inspected due to poor heating performance of the 25 year old furnace and heat pump. The service person responded that same day and explained the problem and what would need to be done. I asked for an estimate for doing this plus estimates for replacing the heat pump. I received these the very next day and we learned that my furnace was not compatible with the newer heat pumps. Therefore, I suddenly realized how very old these units were and that I needed to update. Prices were given and I compared with other companies both through internet searches and telephone calls both locally and within 100 mile area. I was pleased to find that Basin Heating was the best consumer pricing and I already knew they provided the best service of any company within 200 mile radius!! So I had to go no further and units were installed in the next 24 hours. I have been most pleased with the new units and the fine service to just check each fall to provide any surprises during the cold snowy months for a very nominal fee. I could not ask for better heat pump and furnace quality, more efficient and professional service and also a great thermostat which was installed with the new units and fine instructions were provided. All has saved me so much in power usage and comfort of home temperature all year long is excellent.
