Karl was the most helpful sales person I have encountered in a long time. He not only really knows his product, but he is so very good at explaining all the fine details that are involved in selecting new cabinets. I had now idea there were so many options in such things as drawer guides, turntables, hinges, door types, etc. It was almost overwhelming, but thanks to Karl, I was able to make the intelligent choices that will make sure I love my new cabinets for years.
Not only did I get outstanding service, but his price was better than all the others I had shopped once I knew what I was looking at. I discovered that some of the bids I got were for much less quality that what I was being show by the Cabinet Broker.

The cabinets are stunning. They were delivered on time. Karl even helped out when I forgot to leave my garage open for the delivery--very nice man, and he sure knows his subject!

Karl and Cabinet Brokers are amazing. Karl drew a fabulous plan and I got very high quality cabinets with extras such as full extension drawers, soft close doors, spice racks, pull outs, etc. etc. AND it was much less than estimates for inferior cabinets from other places. He saved me an incredible amount of money and the cabinets are beyond what I imagined.

We needed a vanity for our small bathroom remodel. We had someone to install it so we just needed the product. The Cabinet Broker is a small shop but there are lots of samples and quality brands to choose from. Karl was extremely helpful. He pointed out the different front styles we might like. He then diagrammed it on the computer for use to see. We looked at a couple of different versions before we made a choice. We selected a Diamond cabinet. I received regular updates from Karl via e-mail of the order's progress. They do not take credit cards but offered a discount for full payment. The cabinet came in earlier than anticipated. I think the wait was supposed to be 2-3 weeks. Karl helped me load it in the car. Overall, a very good experience.

We ordered the cabinets. They were delivered on the exact date that was estimated. During installation, we needed some clarification and extra pieces. Carl actually came over and then ordered a missing piece and additional pieces that we wanted. All the pieces came in a very timely manner. Great service and cabinets.

Great experience! We were working on a remodel of a very old house. Judy helped us select the best brand, design, and style for the kitchen and bathrooms. The process was very smooth and product was delivered on time. I have used Judy before and would never consider going anywhere else. They have superior products and the cabinet experience of Judy and Karl and customer service can't be beat.

Went to him (Karl) for an initial kitchen design and quote for cabinetry. He mostly plugged in very basic cabinetry for the space in my kitchen. After working with some other cabinet makers and thinking it through, I came up with a WAY better design for the cabinetry, but his cabinets still just beat everyone else's price for what I could get (even though it was a lot higher than the initial design). He's a whiz on that fancy cabinet software everyone uses, and really nice. He works so quickly, I would recommend having in mind what you want before you go in, otherwise you might feel a little rushed about cabinet decisions. The other woman there (I think her name is Judy?), also seemed really competent and good. I wouldn't hesitate to work with either one.

Judy knows cabinets, and she has three good manufacturers. We went with Edgewater, which gave us the most customizing, but fewer features than the Kraft-Maid or Diamond. Judy's was really tolerant in the design process. We made several changes to the layout before releasing the order (and a few after the order!). In every case she was great at explaining the options. You need to know cabinets and what you want. She can do a layout from a blank page, and she will give you layout advice, but bear in mind she's just delivering uninstalled cabinets-- not a whole kitchen. The delivery was ontime, and the construction and finish were first-class. Inevitably with an order this big there were some boo-boos, which Judy handled quickly. Overall, we're very satisfied.

Overall this was a great experience. It was such a smooth process from picking out our cabinets, the ordering process, and installation. The service was wonderful and we would not change a single thing. From the cabinet broker to the installers to the granite fabricator that they referred us to. All a pleasure to work with.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE IN ALL AREAS. WE ARE PICKY, WITH HIGH EXPECTATIONS, AND THEY EXCEEDED IN ALL AREAS. WE HAD BEEN STRUGGLING WITH CABINETRY SELECTION AND PRICING BEFORE WE FOUND THE CABINET BROKER. THE VALUE WAS OUTSTANDING, VERY HIGH QUALITY, AND AT A TERRIFIC PRICE THAT WAS MUCH MORE COMPETITIVE THAN ANY OTHER BIDS WE OBTAINED. OUR PROJECT WAS A COMPLETE KITCHEN TEAR-OUT AND REBUILD, AND IT BECAME FRUSTRATING ON A FEW FRONTS. BUT NOT ON THE CABINET FRONT, WHICH WAS THE SMOOTHEST PART OF THE REMODEL. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL WITH THE DELIVERY. THEY CLEARLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER, AS THEY IDENTIFIED DESIGN FLAWS WE DIDN'T SPOT IN THE ORIGINAL WORK (WHICH WAS PREPARED BY A GENERAL KITCHEN DESIGNER). THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL ON ALL FRONTS AND EXCEEDED ALL OUR HOPES AND EXPECTATIONS. WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM. WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR CABINET NEEDS WE HAVE IN OTHER ROOMS.

I WAS THRILLED WITH THE SERVICE THAT THE CABINET BROKER GAVE US. THEY HAD SEVERAL CONFIGURATIONS AND STYLES OF CABINETS THAT WE COULD CHOOSE FROM, AS WELL AS, DIFFERENT WOODS TO STAY WITHIN OUR BUDGET. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB INSTALLING THEM.
