I contacted 5 firms and received quotes from 4. I was given Vic's name from a contractor we had used in the past. 3 of the others were from Angie's List. Vic was by far the most knowledgable about the replacement process and windows in general. He also was the only one who took the initiative to contact the company that had manufactured the folding glass patio door that needed work. He also contacted the locksmith so that they could coordinate working on the door. His work comes with a lifetime guarantee. Only one quote was lower than his, but they were not interested in working on our unique folding door. Following our job, Vic has joined Angie's List.
