The team did a great job getting all the trees pruned, will hire again when the fruit trees are ready for pruning.

They responded right away and came out right away. They were professional. They worked until dark. They covered the hole on the roof and came back the next day to clean everything up.

IT WENT GREAT COMPLETED THE JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE WORK WAS FINISHED. VERY PROFESSIONAL. WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

These guys are great. Second year in a row that I've hired them and will do so again next year. Rueben is very responsive and their work is excellent. They clean up very well when done. Very happy with all the work they've done for us.

i paid 99 dollars as part of a deal to do 200 dollars worth of service for 99 dollars. i paid the money several months ago and have not heard from the man since. so i guess i will have to find someone else to do the work.

Initially I was having difficulty getting an estimate from them, lack of return call etc. However once "contact" had been made they were prompt & courteous

We thought all went well and enjoyed watching the workmanship of this professional. The only negative side of the deal was wishing we had it in writing about the removal of all the trees after they were cut down. We thought they had it covered until the gentleman that Falcon had set up to haul out the trees took one look at the type of trees that he had taken down and decided it wasn't worth his time. We were able to connect with others and finally have gotten the last of the cut pieces off our property. We are still working on killing the stumps left as well which are a bit of an eye sore but we were pleased with the rest of the deal.

Awesome work by the Falcon team; top notch and highly recommended. Perfectly straight on top and smooth on the sides. What more can I ask for! Careful with nearby plantings and very nice clean-up of the debris.

Work started 2 days late because of heavy rains. Once they started, they completed and cleaned up very quickly in the next day and a half. -- Great job.

I can't say enough good things about Ruben and Falcon Tree Service. They were very prompt in responding to my request for a bid, Ruben's work was great, he did it while no one was home, everything was cleaned up and I wished I had hired him years ago.

Well, they did an excellent job, I don?t know if they were a little high. I thought it was a little high, but I wasn?t going to argue. They did a good job. 
Basically, the tree really looked great and I don?t have to hassle with any low-hanging branches for a long time. I don?t have a lot of stuff falling all over the yard.

Out of three bids, they were the most reasonable and had the most understanding of our tree and both it's situation and close proximity to our deck. Confidence and knowledge can be traits that soothe and sway the decision making especially when the tree has been a prized part of the household. Not only were they prompt, but Falcon Tree Services arrived early to begin the task right on time. Their crew was careful, quick and efficient. The work done showed great competence. We were especially appreciative of the care they took to clean up nearly every trace of the carnage that had taken place. I only use the word "carnage" because of the size of our tree. If you're looking for a professional tree service that does what it says it will do, make a call to Falcon during your bid process.

It turned out okay. I was disconcerted by him because he was telling that Angie's List took the biggest portion of it. He was trying to work me down to cancel with Angie's List so he would make more money. We had a long debate. It came back to the amount that Angie's List advertised. I was a little bit apprehensive. When he came out here, he looked at what I needed to have done. He got here early when I wasn't home. When I was back, he was about done. He got it really done in a hurry. He did a good job. I was a little concerned with what appeared to be a manipulation of the deal. They did a good job and they did it quick. If we're talking about his work, I would give him a B. The pricing was good. There was no problem at all.
