After he left, I checked over the work and discovered he had missed a small spot behind the shower door by the wall. He apologized and returned within days and corrected the missed spot. Michael is punctual, polite and has a great work ethic and I'd recommend him to anyone who wants to redo their bathroom fixtures but not spend a small fortune ripping apart an entire room to do it and in less then a day. I'm so happy with his work and that there was no major up heavel of my household while completing the job.
