NIELSEN APPLIANCE

The first dishwasher we special ordered was delivered & installed by Nielsons. As the installer tried to close it we could all see it was defective. The container was not damaged which means the trouble was not caused in transit. The damage was in the factory. If I had ordered it from a national discounter to save money they never would have replaced the damage unit. They would have claimed we did the damage. Nielsons sent the DW back to the manufacturer and got the new one to us in time for a big family gathering.
We have bought from them before. After shopping for a large capacity washer they were the only ones that didn't lie to us about what a large capacity washer means. Oldfields and Sears both misled us. They have sold us a dryer and repaired our refrigerator that needed tender loving care.
They are the only ones I trust for large appliances.

We will continue to go to Nielsen for all of our appliance and service needs.

Couldn't have gone any better!! =) They even had to deliver through the back door, which was not an easy task...

They were absolutely fabulous. They were so helpful that I wouldn't hesitate about going to them for anything else at all. They were just great. They ended up giving me some advice for taking care of my dishwasher for free. It ended up being like a whole new unit. She didn't try to sell me something new, just gave me the friendly advice that really helped me out.

Nielsen Appliance was wonderful. They came in when they said they would. It took a lot of work because they had to re-drill all the holes. This one didn't fit where the old one was. They got it all in there and we haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. The office person - I did this over the phone basically- she helped my pick out one. They didn't have a solid black one but we got one that is partially black and partially pewter which matches the kitchen sink. It worked out really well.

They have great customer service. They are remarkable. I appreciate talking with a person when I call them. They have survived a really rugged economy in a small town - there is a reason for that.

They are wonderful. I like everything about them. Every one of the employees that we interacted with was just wonderful, cheerful, polite, and helpful, I can just go on and on. We had called around to other places as well but we will not go back there. Nielsen delivered the refrigerator, set it up all for us and explained everything to us. It was easy to buy a refrigerator there. We were able to pick up one and buy it within fifteen minutes. We bought a refrigerator from a different provider but it broke. It cost us $800 to buy it again and they wanted to charge us over $800 to fix it. I bought a brand new one for $200 less in Nielsen. They were just wonderful. We've got to buy a new dryer and washer and that's where we are going to buy from. We bought it on a Saturday and they delivered it on Monday and got it all set it up. After we bought the fridge I was just telling a few friends about it and I found out that half a dozen who I know have used Nielsen. Everybody is really excited about them. They are so nice.

Great experience. Office was able to schedule the visit promptly. Repairman showed up when they said he would and was polite and respectful with my wife. When they didn't have the needed part in stock, they got it quickly, then he returned when he said he would.
