I truly appreciate Jacob's time, care, and attention to detail on our partial home remodel. We had Jacob quote us on remodeling our two bathrooms, install recess lighting and LVP flooring throughout the house, new trim and new interior paint. All said and done, the project finished just under budget and timeline start to finish was six weeks. Because we wanted so many things updated in the house; it required a lot of subcontractors, Jacob was in good communication both with his subcontractors and with me. I especially wanted to call out John the Plumber and Jesse the Electrician for their excellent workmanship and consideration when installing fixtures. If something wasn't up to my standards, a quick pic or text to Jacob and he was on top of it; and sending a timeline for a revisit. (e.g. painters did their first initial job and I thought it looked pretty good. Jacob walked through and pointed out some spots. He made sure that they came back and painted until his standards were met. Even going so far as to not release funds for payment and visiting the house a couple of times when painters were there, to help ensure standards were met). I highly recommend JP Custom Contracting LLC. I plan on using them again when I have funds for my kitchen. Jacob, thank you so much for my updated home. It's so pretty and fancy now. Sara Johnson

We had a fabulous experience with this business. Very professional, on time and very skilled at what they do. I highly recommend JP Custom Contracting and in fact have hired them again for another fence later this spring. I also referred to a neighbor who hired them for a fence and a few gates.

Our new fence is beautiful. We have the nicest fence in the neighborhood. We would definitely have Jacob work for us again.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Jacob had to deal with some unexpected work with the roots from a tree and some shrubs and he worked hard to minimize the damage to the roots while building a solid fence. Great job!!

Fantastic work! Jacob was professional throughout, from his detailed estimate, via emailed PDF, to keeping us advised of any and all changes as soon as they came up. We expected increased costs due to the nature of the work needed. In the end we couldn't be happier, great work for a fair price. As an added bonus, he works very neat.
