About 30 years ago repairs were made under my house in order to make it salable to us in 1987. Building codes then did not account for our soil conditions. Corrective action taken did not reflect a good understanding of all the issues in play. I now believe that, while we cannot remove the root causes of these problems, we have mitigated them as well as it can be done, and I am satisfied with PRC's performance on this task. My house is unconventional. Rather than dismiss my notions about it, they gave them serious consideration. They pushed back when appropriate based on their expertise and experience, and together we arrived at a good plan.
