 + -1 moreIvan returned our call for an estimate within the same day and set up an appointment within 2 days. He explained the process, which pieces of sheetrock would need to be replaced, and offered suggestions to improve the overall finished appearance. We agreed to take his next opening that was 2 weeks out. He called the night before the work was to start to confirm the start time with us. Throughout the entire job he was always on time and kept us updated on what to expect. He actually completed the job a day ahead of the original estimated completion date and we are very pleased with the final product.
Description of Work: Finish and texture garage walls. Existing sheetrock was 30 years old. Bid included replacing warped or damaged sheetrock, nail off existing sheetrock as needed, tape, mask off, and apply orange peel texture.

 + -1 moreI called Ivan and received a bid in the same day. I told him I would get back with him to schedule a time for the work to be completed. I then called again to schedule the work he was able to fit it in two days later. He finished off the work in one day. The overall quality of the work was good, especially for the speed of getting the project completed. If I had to do it over again I would call Ivan again. I did get one other bid for this project from another company that quoted me $1200+ materials.
Description of Work: Taped off, finished mudding, sanding, and textured a 26 x 14 room, walls and ceiling.
