R&R went thru my home with his cleaning tool. After the carpet dried out I went around checking it. My carpet looked the same as before R&R cleaned it . Absolutely no improvement.

My father owned a carpet cleaning business when I was in  school and I helped him at times. So I know how  a cleaned carpet is supposed glisten after it has been cleaned. Nowhere did my carpet look like it had been cleaned.

I recently got a cleaner at Walmart and it did the job. Walmart's cleaner removed the stains that R&R didn't touch and all I did was follow the directions.  

I have used Ron before but it was a long time ago. He was running a deal which I don't recall the details of but was on his website and pretty good.
He arrived as promised and took about 3 hours to clean all the carpets - mostly upstairs as we have hard wood floors downstairs. They had not been cleaned professionally in over ten years.
He has a big truck which runs all the vacuum/shampoo side and appears to be very powerful. I can only say it cleaned up our carpets very well and he seemed to pay a lot of attention to the sides where the trim is and at least for us, it can get very dirty.
I think he did a great job and would definitely use him again.

Ron is a professional carpet cleaner . He and his son worked very hard to the entire house. They steamed and edged the carpet very well. It took them about 3 1/2 hours to clean all 6 rooms, hallway and 2 stairs( one up and 1 down to the basement). They lifted all the big furniture. I'm impressed about their works. Now all the carpets are very clean, shiny and smell better, except a guest room is still smelled smoke of the cigarette that is hard to get rid off.
Over all they did very excellent job in cleaning my carpet. In the future I would hire them again .

Great...they were very thorough and worked on the heavy stain areas.

Ron has always been flexible with our scheduled cleaning dates, as we require a sunny couple days to dry our very large rug out doors. He keeps records of the work he did in prior years and has on occasion expertly cleaned pieces of furniture and provided us with heat duct cleaning. He has advised us on spot treatment and best ways to maintain our carpets. In almost 10 years, we have never had a complaint about Ron's meticulous and quality work.

He came on the recommendation of my realtor. I've used him twice and was completely happy both times. He's was great in his response and very punctual. The price was quoted and agreed upon. No "extras" or surprises were tried to be foisted on me.

This company does excellent work. A little on the spendy side but their method, which involves an enormous truck fitted with heat and high pressure cleaning equipment, seems to be superior to other franchised companies I have used in the past.This is not a franchised business but an independently owned local business which does very good work, in my opinion.
