+ 0 morePhil arrived with some serious equipment that made the job of removing the bushes and digging out the space for the pad easier than I thought it would be. A few days of compressed rock placement in between rain storms and the concrete pad and all was finished exactly as I wanted it. Then he took on my shower plumbing charging me $25 plus parts to fix the leaks. I will use him for refinishing my hardwood floors, remodeling my bathroom, replacing my driveway and installing a back yard patio.
Description of Work: I ran an ad to have a 35 foot by 12 foot concrete pad installed for my motorhome. My requirements were 3 inch compressed rock underneath and a 4 inch 3,000 PSI concrete pad. There were also roughly 30 feet of 10 foot high bushes that had to be removed. I received numerous bids and settled on the bid from FCL Inc after meeting with Phil. After a few delays due to rain Phil arrived and the work began. I can say enough about how polite and understanding he is. Yes the price I paid is accurate a 420 square foot concrete pad for $3.09 per square foot. I also asked him about a plumbing issue I had.
