The job started on Jan 30, 2014 and took 3 weeks. We were very pleased with the subcontractors. They were professional, skilled, prompt, and friendly. I felt comfortable with them in my house. I was not as pleased with the misc. painting. Old surfaces should have been more evenly sanded. Brush strokes and drips were visible.
The demolition trash remained on my front deck causing us to walk around it daily. We put it in our truck until the contractor removed it on the last day.
