Don and his team are the most professional outfit I have ever worked with. They spent quite a bit more time than I expected making sure EVERYTHING was perfect. They installed a shelf in my closet, installed a security door, installed pocket door latches and re-did the trim. I will be using them for more interior work and ultimately have asked them to build pergolas in the front and back. The value for the money was exceptional.

Due to life and the current state of the world (covid), we had some delays. It happens. Donâ s communication with this was professional and courteous.... excellent at dealing with a situation out of his control and keeping his customers happy!

Don and his crew were great to work with and they did a lovely job on my floor. At the end, we wanted something changed and Don came right over, no charge!

They came on time ,finished on time and came in on budget. What more could you ask for??? Very pleased.

Don was very professional and responded promptly to all of our questions both during the home planning/designing phase and throughout the complete building process. He also provided creative ideas and/or solutions to complex issues and we really appreciated that Don kept our budget in mind and yet understood that we didn't want to sacrifice quality while making decisions during the whole project. His honesty and integrity really impressed us as there were several times that he could have chosen more expensive options but he communicated well and took the time to explain the pros and cons for each option with us so we could make wise decisions that both fit our taste while keeping the desired outcome in mind and still fit into our total budget. The quality work, craftmanship and custom touches far exceeded our expectations. Don is extremely competent, easy to work with, reliable, prompt and follows through with each step of the project. We had our two-story 5200 sq. ft. custom log lodge home completely built by Don and crew which included the planning phase, obtaining correct building permits, excavation, foundation work, floor joists, electrical, plumbing, custom log work which included hand scraped, scribing, fitting with overhead crane, etc. Also, all of the interior work which included all of the installation of windows and doors (including a massive custom designed front door) and a huge wall of glass windows for the great room, a special foundation that was required for the 12,600 lb. soapstone fireplace/pizza oven room divider between the custom kitchen and great room. Including installation of custom wide plank wood floors of walnut, chinquapin and maple throughout the home with a beautiful warm finish. Also installed all new appliances, lighting fixtures, beautiful gourmet kitchen stove custom tile backsplash, two sinks, and created and handcrafted a gorgeous walnut and mahogany butcher-block raised eating bar for five. Also designed and built four spacious ensuite bedrooms each with their own bathroom with custom tile showers created by Don that turned out to be true works of art! We were also very pleased with the attention to detail and small touches that make all the difference to the final look of such a large project. Don paid special attention to things like matching the molding trim, etc. to the kitchen cabinet style we chose to make it all feel like a seamless match and keeping the same plaster finish throughout each bedroom suite. We couldn't be happier with our beautiful home and how the whole project turned out. Since our initial home was built, we've also had Don out to work on some additional projects including building a custom outdoor hot tub deck and a new barn and again he did a terrific job. From small to large projects, we know we trust and most definitely and wholeheartedly recommend Don and Timeless Tradition Construction!

The quality of the product is amazing and the work is precise. The cuts he did for the flooring was amazing. The flooring fit together like a puzzle. He was extremely polite and have great socialization skills.
