Was told by supplier of flooring he was the best of all on their list . He does have a long lead time. Supplier neglected to get product from G.P. to Medford when scheduled, so work could not start on time, but Rob did call to explain the delay then called again to let us know he was on the way (same day). Work went quickly. He and helper worked around large computer desk, which would have been a pain to take out of the room. They left no mess, and floor looks great.

Rob took measurements and made suggestions as to the type of flooring that could go over the old vinyl. I ended up choosing a type of flooring that he hadn't installed before. It proved to be challenging and took him longer than he thought it would, but he hung in there and did a great job. It's beautiful! Although when I thought out loud about installing the leftovers in a small bathroom, his honest response was and quot;Don't - I'd charge you double!and quot;.

I took my exact measurements to Lipperts and ordered the carpet. Rob let me know when the carpet arrived. We set up an install date and time. He was right on time. The carpet order was a little off (no fault of Robs) With a little creativity Rob managed to piece it together in the closet and make it work. Rob is a very experience carpet and vinyl installer. Everything came out absolutly perfect!
