Joel Stephenson Roofing & Construction

Joel and his crew were extremely professional. They showed up on time every day until the project was completed. They found lots of things that were not done correctly by the original roofer which they fixed. For example the original roofer did not have enough roof vents for the job, so he simply roofed over the holes cut for the vents. Joel found the holes after stripping off the old roof, and made sure he had enough vents for all the holes. He subcontracted out the building of the dormer to Mike Lower who had it built in a day. They cleaned up their mess every day, and hauled away the debris from the old roof. We could not be more pleased with our new roof and dormer.

They put down tarps to catch all the debris, got it done quickly and cleaned up great. Price was inline with what expected.
There were no surprises. Couldn't be more pleased.

Joel and company arrived exactly at the time he promised. The workers all knew exactly what was expected of them and went right to work. The finished product was as good as one could expect and actually contained some little "extras'. For instance, since it is winter and rather cool, every shingle was tacked down with adhesive to prevent any future damage from wind. Done in rapid fashion and cleanup was thorough!

Everything went fine including getting there when needed and on time.  From delivery of product to the finishing touches, it was a very good job.  I will be using then again I'm sure.

All of Joel's crew were respectful, clean and punctual. They showed up when they said they would, quietly went about their work and finished in a timely manner. I wasn't sure of the color of roof to go with and trusted Joel's many years in the business. He chose a perfect match for the house. He had done some roof repair the year before for me. I liked his work then and knew I wanted him to do the new roof when I was able to swing it financially the next year. I would have no problem highly recommending him.

They did an outstanding job and I plan to have them come back and do some more work. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They worked the whole time they were here and I would definitely use them again.
