They were very patient. My wife is to some extent, in some people’s judgement a perfectionist. She had her own ideas and how she wanted it. She went over with them and it came through pretty well and the grain on the wood was not quite what she wanted. They replaced it which I was very impressed with. They charged us a little more because it was slightly different color not much more. I will use them in the future.
