He had to install a new sewer line across a right-of-way on my side-door neighbor's property to the alley to join with the city line. The neighbor was most disagreeable (I wish there was an Angie's List for people!). He went out of his way to accommodate her unfair demands about soil and gravel. She waited almost 8 months to threaten him about finishing the job -- and wanted things he had no responsibility for. All-in-all, the job was done very professionally and courteously, above and beyond.
