Professional and easy to work with.

I originally hired them to take a shed down in my backyard, which anyone could have successfully done. I ignorantly gave them five stars here for doing that. I was so happy to have it gone that I hired them to do a top-to-bottom remodel of my bathroom. They gave me a bid and I paid them $17,000 to do it. It was never finished. I had to hire another contractor to remove everything and start from scratch. This couple destroyed my bathroom, did not get any permits and generally had no idea what they were doing. Window not framed to code, floor and shower tile not installed properly. They even reversed the hot and cold lines in the shower and used some gas line fittings that would have quickly corroded and leaked within my wall if I ever had a chance to use the shower. Iâ m paying about $30K to repair what they botched removed to the studs and completely redone. My mom also had to pay to have her porch roof torn off and replaced after they failed at that too. Keep in mind that you can only expect them to perform simple, unskilled jobs.

Responded to our request the next day. Called in the morning, came out that afternoon. We walked through/discussed several projects. They diagnosed the problems and made recommendations for solutions. We decided on what could be done that day and we were given an estimate prior to them beginning work. They replaced the garbage disposal, cleaned the dryer exhaust vent, installed a new vent cover, did a temporary fix on the kitchen faucet so we can use it until a replacement comes in, and did some caulking. We were pleased with the work and would use this company again.
