Excellent.  On time; on budget.  Great clean-up each day. Could not tell they were even there except for the new driveway that was beautiful. Enjoyed working with Lex - very professional, fun and straightforward.  
Appreciated the clear explanation of the work that was to be done.  Also, dealt beautifully with neighbors.  Clear communicates of timelines throughout the job.

He oversaw the final electrical and plumbing work. I'm glad that we did not use any other provider and chose to use Premier Plus. They were very responsive and did an excellent job. They were really fast, very honest and their pricing is really competitive.

Daniel from Premier Plus Construction Inc. was AMAZING! We can?t say enough good things about him. If you don?t hire him for your job you?re crazy. After we were severely ripped off by a different contractor, Daniel came in and made everything right. After taking 10 bids from other contractors, he was quick at giving us his bid on our project and completed the task within two weeks. When the county had issues with our drainage system, his crew came in and made the required adjustments right away. He never once asked us for money up front. In fact, when I lost my job, he held on to a $2,900.00 check for three months before he cashed it. He assisted us with a CCB claim against the previous contractor which allowed us to win the case and fixed all the mistakes the previous contractor had made. He is a true professional and is very reasonably priced. Daniel is always easy to get a hold of and returns phone calls and e-mails right away. His crew is fast, courteous and a real pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Premiere Plus Inc. for any new construction or remodeling needs you may have.
