Furniture - Sales
My husband and I returned to the store to talk to the manager, who turned out to be Ricardo. We didn't want him to give us the pop-up trundle, but the best he would do is sell it to us for $114. We decided we'd rather pay more than buy there again. The overall experience began well, but ended poorly, and we won't be returning to Furniture Outlet.

Furniture - Sales
JENNIFER HELPED US AND WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. SHE GOT US A VERY GOOD DEAL BECAUSE WE WERE BUYING BOTH ITEMS. THE BEDROOM SET WAS DELIVERED WITHIN 2 WEEKS BY THE COMPANY AND THE DELIVERY MEN WERE PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. THE GATHERING TABLE TOOK A VERY LONG TIME TO ARRIVE. REPEATEDLY WE WERE TOLD THAT IT WAS ON BACK ORDER. WE WERE NOT REALLY KEPT UP TO DATE ON THE STATUS OF IT WITHOUT REPEATEDLY CALLING AND THEN ONLY WHEN WE WENT IN PERSONALLY WERE THEY ABLE TO SAY IT WAS IN THE STOREROOM.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE ALL WONDERFUL SALES PEOPLE AND HONEST TO WORK WITH. EVEN THOUGH OUR SALES GUY WAS GONE THE DAY WE WENT BACK IN TO CHECK ON IT, EVERY ONE HELPS US LIKE WE WERE NEW CUSTOMERS. THEY DELIVERED OUR FURNITURE TWO WEEKS EARLY.
