Akati did three large projects in my back yard: install a black chain link fence, remove a huge dumping ground of 30 years worth of dead trees and branches, and design/build a dog play/potty area that had a dog door from the house upper level that led to a fully enclosed ramp, and finally to the ground in an enclosed area. Akati excelled in all the qualities you would hope for: reliable, easy to work with, and good cost. In addition, there were two areas where he hit it out of the ball park. One is that his communication skills and promptness are impeccible. He returns calls or texts within minutes, he kept me abreast of the projects at all times, and he put everything in writing with price breakdown for the work. The other amazing area is the quality of Akati's work. He consistently surprised me with what a thorough job he did and he was a perfectionist in big aspects and small details. Every single thing he did surpassed my expectations.

Akaty was professional, gave me a bid for supplies and labor after an on-site assessment and discussion. Worked with me to schedule project. Completed installation of French drain, amending heavy clay soil, reseeding in less than 2 days. Cleanup thorough and included pressure washing side pad and driveway. I would definitely hire again.
