They stopped by and looked at the problem and helped come up with a good solution to our problem. They were responsive via text and phone working modern communication mechanisms. Unlike other contractors I have worked with.
We decided on a date, and they showed up.
Day of Work
They arrived and looked over the situation and made some last minute corrections. They started on the work and at one point handed my a walkie talkie to call out which limbs I wanted removed to improve the view from my office window. We bought pizza and had some nice conversation. My wife picked up a chainsaw (we own 2) and helped clean up some of the brush.
It was like working with friends.
