The tech put in a part that didn't need to be replaced, left and in an hour shorted out again. He came back, burned a wire that he attempted to fix, left and said it was running. Again, it shorts out so he comes back again to leave one of the two panels off because he knew it would short out like I had told the office prior. Then quoted me a price over 3 times that a competitor quoted to clean the blower wheel and never addressed the short. The office during my last call tries to make excuses for the rookie on the job and called me a liar when I told her the bottom panel was left off and the top not screwed in. She asked why would he tell me it was all back together...hmmm, maybe he's the liar because he doesn't know how to fix the short. Keep my money but you will never get my future business and I will discourage people from using Willamette HVAC!

They got it in one trip. There was one worker. The work took about half an hour. The area was very clean. They explained to me what the problem was. Make sure that they did something, and not look in there and didn't do nothing. The guy made me nervous at first, he was tatted up. Once you talk to him, he was fine. If he didn't come in with a name on his shirt, I would have been a little nervous. He was very nice though, and he seemed to know what he was really doing.

Willamette identified that power was not getting to the furnace. This was fixed after we found the circuit breaker had flipped. Since they had come all the way out, I suggested we do a routine cleaning. The bill was about $325 which seemed awfully high since they'd been on site for about an hour. I checked with the office and they knocked off the $125 diagnostic fee which had been charged --- with no arguments or negotiating.
