I called and left a message for service, was called back the same day. Scheduled a few days later. Came within the 2 hour window and made sure everything was working correctly. Was nothing but professional. A complete difference from every other HVAC company I've ever hired.

amateurish workmanship, didn't fulfill promise to apply touch up paint to spot on outdoor condenser where installer burnt off the paint while brazing supply line. Didn't replace pad as promised in bid, (did give me a small amount off when I brought it to their attention). Unit does work. Did provide the low cost bid by installing new coil pack into existing indoor unit instead of replacing everything.

Shannon responded immediately and had an idea of the fix before he arrived. He's prompt, courteous, and very professional. He explained exactly what needed to be done and kept in touch with me via text when the motor/fan would arrive. He charged exactly what he quoted me. He did not try to sell me a new heat pump/furnace system, nor do I feel that he overcharged us. When it is time to replace said heat pump/furnace system, I will definitely hire this company and told Shannon so. Do not hesitate to work with this company and Shannon who have been in business in this area since 1929. They are the BEST!!!!!!!

Shannon was most helpful in determining what the problem was and he offered several options for repair. I took his suggestions under advisement and opted for one that would last at least through the summer. It did. So now I have to see what next cooling season will bring.

Service tech came out, determined it was a quick and easy fix, and repaired it on the spot.

Shannon knew what he was doing and made the necessary repairs. The price seemed fair. My only complaint was when I called and left messages - an older gentleman answered the phone and took my information, but it didn't seem to get to Shannon.

Jamie Cochrane was our service technician who came out to triage our 23 year old Bryant system. It needed a new fuse. Will likely look to replace the system (both upstairs furnace and AC) and will definitely call Aireserv to perform the work. They were timely, detail oriented explaining all the issues with the old system and extremely fair on price. I don't write many reviews but Jamie went above and beyond on this service call. I highly recommend this company!

Temperature was climbing and the central air stopped working. How much would it cost to fix it or heaven forbid replace it. Cost is always an issue but just as important if not more important is trusting the person who comes out to be honest and competent. First I called a company I had a very positive experience with a couple of years ago - Shannon from Wilfert Heating and Air Conditioning -and left a message. He had done a great job fixing my son's furnace. I then proceeded to call a few more and reluctantly made an appt. That night Shannon returned my call. When I heard his voice I remembered why I had chosen his company last time I needed help. Something about his straightforward manner gave me confidence I had finally found the right person for the job. I did many years on the phone in customer service and had a knack for reading the character of people. I canceled my appointment with the other company and made an appointment with Shannon. He came out and took the side off our Carrier AC. He immediately spotted the problem and completed the repair in 20 minutes. He didn't try to sell us a new air Conditioner or an expensive part. I was lucky this time but I can guarantee you that whatever Shannon's diagnosis had been, I would have felt complete trust and would have complied. Shannon's expertise is as impressive as his integrity. I feel lucky to have found him and wish he could do everything.

I had a gas line that wasn't very good. They were going to put in a one inch line but that didn't .They said the line was big enough. He said it needed clean and did the job and it's been good ever since. They sent me a bill for the gas line that wasn't done and they took it off.

Very happy with the service. The technician opted to repair our struggling blower with a little bit of elbow grease. I really appreciate that he did this rather than simply telling me that the part had to be replaced. He saved me hundreds of dollars so whenever I finally *do* have to replace the part, I'll be sure to call this company again.

Had another company out for 'tune up'. they charged about 100 dollars and said that it would be another thousand to replace ignition and fan. I knew that it should have been much less and they would not give me a breakdown of costs. Called Wilfert and they reviewed problem and sowed me that the heat chamber was cracked. I trusted them and had the unit replaced.

Quick and painless. Easy fix, prompt service and fair price. Friendly owner/service person.

This guy was a god send! Even added the discount for using Angie's List.

Shannon was great! He was able to squeeze us in a few days earlier than he had planned and was very efficient and helpful. He was professional and was great at explaining our issue and the options we had to fix it.

Great! Very happy with this company. I called them yesterday in the afternoon, got a call back that same day and they came out today, on time (a bit early even). Shannon Shook fixed my furnace's issue extremely quickly (less than 30 mins where he diagnosed it and fixed it, even had the part on hand). The best part is my house now has heat which is key during this cold winter! I am so grateful for their extremely fast response and the reasonable rate for both labor and the part. Glad to due business with them. (Thank you Wilfert's and Shannon specifically.)

We called Shannon at Wilfert and scheduled a fall furnace check and tuneup. He was able to come the following week, and was on time, thorough and efficient. I forgot to mention the "Angie's list first customer discount" but he reminded me as he went over the bill with us. I asked when would be a good time to check our heat pump, but he said the furnace was set up for an air conditioner - after we had been told it was a heat pump all this time (we've been in our home for over 5 years)! He checked our unit and verified his statement, so come next spring we'll hire him to get that checked too.

Shannon was prompt and professional and efficient. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and did not mind us peering over his shoulder occasionally as he worked, satisfying our curiosity about the mysteries of the innards of a furnace. We plan to have him back to service our air conditioner in the Spring.

We were concerned that we might need to replace our 13 year old Trane gas furnace - we thought it might have reached the end of it's lifespan, and also, the furnace had been leaking for over a year. Shannon was extremely helpful and informative. He told us that gas furnaces like ours have a lifespan of 18-20 years and that ours was in good shape and didn't need replacement any time soon. He fixed an ongoing leak that was causing rust and water damage. We had a tune-up last winter from a different heating co., at which time the leak was noticed, but in comparison, the technician seemed less knowledgeable and didn't take the time to explain our options. We will definitely call Wilfert for any future tune-ups or issues with our furnace.
