Whitmans's Auto Care is very prompt, polite, clean and service oriented. They know what they are doing and they have all the latest computers to fix newer cars. I was very impressed that David Whitman went above and beyond by calling the Chevy dealership to inquire why my Avalanche truck was using so much oil, come to find out that this is typical for these trucs and there was no need for concern. Over all, I was very happy with the serivice and I would definitely use them again.

The service was excellent and the staff was great. They got me in on a Saturday and had the car ready in a couple of hours as promised. The service engine soon light came on again, and they traced it to simply a loose fuel cap. I had them check the condition of the spark plugs and they were found to not need replacing yet. The work I requested was performed and they did not try to sell me something else I did not need. I will use their service on my 2000 Pontiac Grand Am from now on. I was very pleased with the work performed and the prompt service.
