 + 1 moreHe finished the addition in 3 days, well ahead of his estimate. The space was quarantined for dust, with coverings on the floor to avoid scratches. We had requested to paint it ourselves, so nothing was left to do when he was done but get out the paint cans.
Description of Work: Nick and his team built a room for us in our loft in the Pearl. We were in the Irving Street Lofts, a 1925 building which was converted for lofts in the mid 1990's. We wanted to add a simple 9 x 12 room into the corner of our open space, with a simple sliding "barn door" and some basic electrical power & network needs. Nick took care of the city permits, sprinkler addition, dust prevention, etc. The whole time he kept us informed and provided options where appropriate. Oddly we were introduced to him due to a water leak from a job above our unit, but the leak was not his team's fault, and they were instantly responsive, covering all damage and leaving our place better than before when the work was done. It was because of this that we sought his help with the room. I would recommend Western Ventures for any in-home improvement work.
