Super in every way. Mr Hicks is happy to talk with you about his business and what he has to offer. He's very congenial and can talk with a customer without impeding the speed of his work. Beautiful work and very fair price. When you're new in an area you mostly make a stab in the dark. Most of the contractors we used were very disappointing (tree trimming, painting, carpet and window cleaners). We have since found a decent painter and arborist, but still unhappy about results with carpets and windows.

Chuck is pleasant and very professional. He knows his business unlike others I've met in the past. He was on time for both his appointments and finished the job in one day as promised. I was impressed with his dedication to doing his job better than well; he takes great pride in going an excellent job. I highly recommend Chuck Ricks for any job related to wallpaper removal and hanging.
