(1) Work done extremely poorly: need to rework floor tile (add'l $600), need to repair skylights due to leakage at first rain (add'l $2,600). (2) Advances not utilized to pay bills - we subsequently paid vendor directly (add'l $2,800). (4) Not utilize agreed paint color. (5) Other work that was done required repeated visits to bring to agreed level. (4) All agreed work not completed. (5) Communication difficult or worse throughout. (6) Agreed timetables not met - appeared to be ignored.  THIS REVIEW SUBMITTED ON UNDERSTANDING OF COMPLETE ANONYMITY.

Everything that Jim did he did well and he required the same of his workers.

Great. It was our first remodel, and it took a long time to decide to do it. I had bids from other companies, and even had plans drawn up by a well known local company. They said they couldn't complete the project in our budget. WIN Construction said they could, and they had done other work in our neighborhood. Jim did this within our budget, and even was able to put in some extras. The noise and dust isn't pleasant, but the results are terrific. Jim was on-site constantly, and we really felt like he kept all the sub contractors motivated and moving. I changed my mind on a thing or two, even moving a wall, and Jim was always very accommodating. "Whatever is necessary" is really his attitude.

This guy was fantastic. He did everything he said he would and more. He was very easy to work with. Even though he has 5-7 projects going at any one time, he and his workers did a fantastic job. From the time I paid the first installment until the last was only 2 1/2 months. We had two other contractors come and look at our plans. They both told us that with our budget, they could not do the work. Jim Cunningham took the plans for a couple of days and came back and said he could do all the work plus pay for the permits, paint the entire house and change the roof for less than our budget. And he did it. And he did it fast. Sometimes he would forget something. He would always make good on it. He wanted to charge me for the permits. I reminded him that he had said those were included and right away he said, "Did I say that? Sure, no problem." He saw a couple of things that needed to be done that were not in the contract. He did them for free.
