cell phone service
 + -1 moreThey sent me back a refurbished phone that had 10 things wrong with it, a Galaxy Samsung 3. I ended up keeping my old phone. I plan on cancelling my insurance with them, due to being sent a broken refurbished phone.
Description of Work: I took my phone in to have it swapped out with a phone that had a better mic and reception.

 + -1 moreDo not trust them when they say you wont need more data then basic plan gives you. If you spend any time online at all then their 4 gig is not enough. if you go over of course you get charged for it. I also had a real hard time getting a password to check my usage. So I could not even check it unless I called for the first few weeks. Stay with unlimited internet and you will be happier and you won't have to worry about every minute you spend online.
Description of Work: They tell you there are rebates on what you are buying. When it comes to comes to getting rebates, you find out what they sold you does not qualify. The people at the store will not speak to you about it. The biggest thing is that they sign you up for a 2 year contract. They tell you that 4 Gig is all you will need for data service. That you could not possibly use that much unless you watch tv on your computer or do streaming. I never do those things and am always having to watch my time online. I hate that. I am either stuck for 2 years or will have to watch everything I do online for that time. I regret signing the contract and am considering just paying the $175.00 and getting unlimited internt service with my old provider. I also had to pay $75.00 starting fee for this service and for the phone service. So that is another $150.00 I will be out.
