Phone Service - Cellular
They sent me back a refurbished phone that had 10 things wrong with it, a Galaxy Samsung 3. I ended up keeping my old phone. I plan on cancelling my insurance with them, due to being sent a broken refurbished phone.

Do not trust them when they say you wont need more data then basic plan gives you. If you spend any time online at all then their 4 gig is not enough. if you go over of course you get charged for it. I also had a real hard time getting a password to check my usage. So I could not even check it unless I called for the first few weeks. Stay with unlimited internet and you will be happier and you won't have to worry about every minute you spend online.
