Purchased a Galaxy 3 and they sent me a refurbished phone. It was a lot worse than the phone I was originally having problems with. They did not bother to send out a new phone. I even wrote them a letter as well and still have not heard anything from them. I sent the refurbished phone back to them. Another complaint with them that I have is with the representative store. Verizon has no record of the phone insurance policies. They charged me for phone insurance at the same time and refused to give a refund.

A couple of times when we have had problems with service it has taken a while on the phone. We have also had to play phone tag with them.

Landline Phone Service
Just had an awful customer service experience. They appear to have sent customer service offshore (thick accent). Aside from that they're pulling out of Oregon for residential service and were totally uncooperative (not willing to add a service feature or change my directory listing). They've lost my business (and they seem to be pushing their internet service quite hard at the moment). I'm dropping them as soon as I can find a residential carrier

I have had a bad experience with them. I have had really bad service with them. They have a lot of extra fees. I use my cell phone a lot more, because it is more expensive on my home phone.

So far so good. They occasionally have outages but they are prompt in fixing those. The overall experience has been good with them. Their customer service is responsive.

I have unlimited long distance and local calls. They are the only choice for landline. Its them or nothing in this area. It has been a reliable service for the last ten years. I asked them to come out to add an additional jack which they did in a timely manner.

I've used them for over a year now and their services have been great. I have the FIOS (Fiber Optic Services) internet, and its just good service with quality, and I've been very pleased with it.

They are great don't have problems with the internet or our phone service. When we did have a small problem they came out right away and fixed it. We have multiple phone lines.
