It went ok, i waited on hold for about 10 minutes. The person I talked to led me through a complex set of steps that involved opening up a battery component in my garage, disconnecting and reconnecting it. In the end, just power cycling the router fixed the problem. I don't know why he didn't suggest that in the first place, but I was glad to have it resolved. The whole process took about 30 minutes. I am happy with Frontier (formerly Verizon) Fios in general but I think the amount I am paying is a bit more than the competitors.

They have been okay. It is pretty good during the day and at night it seems to get choppy as far as the speed I am supposed to be in.
