We hired them to install and replace a vapor barrier. It was raining at the time of the installation and they noted that there was water leaking into the foundation. They said in order to fix the issue they would need to install and French drain and sump pump. I called out another contractor to give us a quote for a French drain and sump pump and learned that in order to install that system they would need to remove and replace the vapor barrier. So I reached out to Torres Brothers to ask for some compensation, because I am convinced they knew they should not have installed the barrier knowing water was actively leaking into the foundation during the installation. They said they couldn't offer me any refund besides a discount on the French drain and sump pump if we chose to use them. I'm very disappointed and upset that I wasted $2k for something that was not even a week old and they wouldn't offer me any compensation besides a discount.

Alejando was awesome! He came on time, did the work with his crew diligently, fixed my drainage problem.
