 + -1 moreCurrently live here, however will likely be moving out after current contract is up as I had a steep rent increase of over $250 per month, and will have another larger increase next year.. I have been here for four years now and my yearly rent increases prior where very low. On a positive note, the staff has always been courteous and helpful. It is nice to always be greeted with a smile when you enter the office. Whenever I have needed maintenance they have been quick to respond and have always fixed the problem. Again with a smile. My apartment is spacious and beautiful. I have really enjoyed living here, just not happy about the large rent hike.
