On the day of my service, Rob Shook (owner's son), arrived promptly, was courteous, professional and completed the job to my satisfaction and even removed/put back some wind chiimes i had forgotten to take down while pressure washing so they wouldnt be damaged. I appreciated that. Upon completion, Rob asked me to survey his work and let him know if there was anything i thought was missed or needed more attention. (he did not just leave). I appreciated him checking in with me- Everything looked great!
I will definitely contact them again next year and for other services.
