The frame on the sliding door leading to our backyard/patio was cracked and the door was difficult to open. Eventually the handle on the door also broke off. Sundance had previously replaced a similar door on my daughter's home and, on her recommendation, I gave them a call. Terry, the owner, called back the following day and then came out to take measurements, make recommendations and give me a quote. I choose the door I wanted and accepted his bid which was significantly lower than two other estimates I had received. The doors are custom made and Terry indicated that it would take about 4 weeks to receive it and schedule installation. Just about 4 weeks later the door came in and they were able to schedule a convenient time for installation. Terry and one of his employees showed up on time and completed the job in a bit over 3 hours. They did a professional job and left the site clean when they finished,

Sundance Windows did an excellent job of communicating the status of the manufacturer order and the work start date. The workers arrived on time and were extremely efficient, tidy, and polite. They covered the floors, cleaned the glass, and swept all debris both inside and outside the new sliding glass door. The installation was done in 1-1/2 hours. I was very pleased with the work and with the coordination leading up to the installation. I would definitely use them again.

They did a pretty good job. The finished look was sloppy. Terry was very timely and polite. The installation and the working of the windows was great. The finish was a little lacking. They should slow down on the finish work and take their time. 

The price was outstanding. The quality of the windows is great. We would use them again, and just talk about the finish work.

Exactly as described. Gave the absolute best quote, and did what they said they would do. House is much warmer. Good guys. Owner is man of integrity.

There prices were very reasonable and there services were good. They got here on time and got the work done on time. I would use them again if needed.

THEY WERE NOT PUNCTUAL. THEY WERE UNABLE TO FINISH THE JOB, AND HAD TO COME BACK THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR WORK. THEY STATED THAT THEY HAD BEEN TRAINED FOR LEAD REMOVAL. THEY PROMISED THAT THEY WOULD USE SAFE LEAD-REMOVAL TECHNIQUES. THEY ARRIVED WITH NO VACUUM AT ALL. WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY BROUGHT A HEPA VACUUM THAT HAD NO FILTER. LATER THEY USED A REGULAR VACUUM. THEY LEFT POSSIBLE LEAD-PAINT SHAVINGS FROM REMOVAL OF THE WINDOW ON A DROPCLOTH UNTIL THE NEXT DAY WHEN THEY TOOK OUT THE OLD PEELED PAINT.
