They were very very good. They did some rewiring in my house.

They charged by the half hour. They came out and got everything done within 45 minutes. It was a good experience. They were great.

We really appreciated their willingness to come at a busy time of year.

First, do not expect a next-day response. These guys are busy and their response time reflects that. We never had an emergency so it typically took several weeks to schedule an appointment. However, when they arrive they are ready to go. Make sure you are clear about what you want to have accomplished. If you need parts/fixtures it's best to know what you want in advance. The good news is that even if the scheduler misinterprets what you want/need the electrician will adapt. However, that can add days/weeks to the schedule. You need to be flexible because the installers never know exactly what they are walking into. The thing we appreciate most about this company is the professionalism from start to finish.

They were on time and did what they said they were going to do. They explained the parts and stuff very well. They cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I would use them again in the future.

It went wonderfully well. The electrician arrived exactly on time, explained his findings without condescension, presented options for me to select, and completed the tasks efficiently. He was considerate of the house beyond the wiring (including assessment of the effect an action would have on the insulation). I was very impressed and relieved.

After replacing the light switch and repairing some wirings within it everything works and has worked perfectly.

We had a problem when we tried to switch out a dimmer switch in our bedroom. After blowing out several new switches, we called Ross Electric Inc. They told us that they could have someone out within the next 1-2 hours. They came, within 1hour and 15min. of our call. They were professional, courteous, they explained everything, including why we were having the problems we were. They were more than fair on the price, as they usually charge $90 per hour, but it only took them 15 minutes and we had them look over 3 of our newly installed dimmer switches, so they reduced the price. We were more than happy and they did an outstanding job!

Excellent experience. Called the morning the work was to be done to let us know he would be a few minutes late - very thoughtful. Did the work professionally, he was courteous, professional, and thorough. The work areas were left clean.

They were prompt, did the job well, cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to work with them. I would use them again.
