They did a good job. We called them and the only problem was with the timing the of the calls and when they showed up for the job. It wasn't a problem for us because we both work from home but it might warrant a discussion if the homeowner has a strict time guideline.

They drove all the way from Hillsboro to Lincoln City everyday. They worked straight through the day and cleaned up every day after they were done. They did exactly what they said they would and did a very nice job. They were very pleasant as well! He was less expensive than all the other estimates we received.

The quote was firm (not ''around''). The job was started on the day, and at the time they said. The installer was pleasant, described what he was doing, and appeared to know exactly what he was doing. I will recommend this firm, and use them again is necessary.
