did come on time, agreed to repair plan, started work, asked for partial payment, was payed for completed portion, next day comes in, says he is busy, leaves the work half completed and says he has other work without committing to any completion plan -- professionalism at its worst. Later I noticed he parted with some of the material that could have been reused. Upon calling back says he doesnt want to do the job.
