Revival Carpet Cleaning

I called Revival Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets in our soon to be open Adult Foster Care Home. We had a carpet cleaner with a great reputation come and clean it previously for a total of $125.00. While that was a great price for a 5 bedroom home I was not pleased with their service and the end result. The carpet was still dirty and smelled of previous pets that were in the home. 
I was a little unsure about using their services as I could not find any reviews online and I discovered that this is a brand new business. When I spoke with Brandon he reassured me that he had top of the line equipment and was very experienced in his line of work. He also informed me that they had several options to handle pet odor and stains. 
 When he showed up with his helper I was quite impressed with the level of care and attention they took to our carpet right away. He inspected everything with a black light to find potential pet urine stains and applied spot treatment to all of the necessary areas. 
I was impressed at this point. I had never had anyone whip out a black light to look for urine stains. It reminded me of a CSI episode. Brandon found a few trouble spots and treated them right away. Brandon's helper came through with an agitator to agitate the carpet and loosen the soil spots. Brandon immediately followed with the carpet cleaning machine which is brand new and fancy looking unit. It was not truck mounted but it did a way better job than any truck mounted system I have ever used. I watched the carpet go from dingy to like new.
If it wasn't enough that they did a great job so far Brandon even went the extra mile and buffed the carpets with large mop heads the floor machine to accelerate the drying process.
When they were done the carpets were looking and smelling terrific!! I did pay more than twice what I paid from my last carpet cleaner but I got what I paid for both times. Revival Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job for us and we are extremely happy. They really did revive our carpets. I'm glad they did too because if this didn't pan out I was going to have to replace them all and that would be very expensive. 
I will be calling them for the carpets in our home this June. To all fellow Angie's List members I just want say a few last things about this company. I myself as an Angie's List user usually look for only companies with high ratings and several reviews. I let others do the research first. It's a rarity that I use a provider without a proven history or reputation. This was one of those times and I can say that I am glad I did. Brandon is such a genuine person from the first time you meet him. He is highly motivated to please his customers and create a name for his business. Being a business owner myself of a company rated on Angie's List I admire and respect the position he is in. This is going to be a very successful company. I would recommend any one reading this to be one of the firsts to give them a try like I did. I'm sure you will be as pleased as we were.
