It could not have been better. Randal worked hard to market our house. He followed up on leads relentlessly, he did not just sit and wait for buyers to call. As both a buyers agent and a sellers agent, he repeatedly helped us with questions and issues as they arose. He relentlessly followed up on our issues too. He always went the extra mile, never shined anything on. Randal was VP of an electrical contracting company in his past, and therefore knows a LOT about home construction, and that continued to be invaluable. I can not recommend him highly enough.
