The worker was fantastic. The office, I had to call to see when they were coming. There was no follow up to the customer.

I was very glad to work with Quality Plus as they fixed the poor work done by prior (and unresponsive) contractor. Their price was a bit above average, but the work they did was worth every bit. They came on time, worked hard, cleaned up on time, and were respectful of my property throughout.

My initial contact was by phone (thanks to Angie's List). They responded with a very complete and detailed quotation and contract for me to sign and return. The work was done on a Saturday and they appeared on time. The quality of the materials and workmanship was excellent. They even accommodated a difficult connection with a drain pipe that I thought I would have to have done by another contractor. Details of the gutter and down pipe designs were impressive. I'm quite pleased.

EXCELLENT. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, THEY WENT RIGHT AT IT. THEY PLAYED WITH MY GRAND DAUGHTER AND ENTERTAINED HER WHILE THEY WORKED. JUST REALLY NICE GUYS AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY. THEY GAVE ME A PRICE AND THEY STUCK TO THE PRICE. THEY ARE REALLY GOOD.
