The plumber came on a Saturday and was able to fix a leaking joint in a very awkward location. The leak was between the pressure tank and the main house shutoff. Luckily, he was able to repair the joint in a couple of hours, despite the location being very hard to reach and in a restricted space.
We would definitely use this provider again!

Roy was awesome. I called him on a Saturday in December when we arrived home to a burst pipe and water flowing out of our garage onto to the street. He walked us through how to turn the water off by our water heater, so we could maintain water in the house, while stopping the water everywhere else. He explained to us what he thought was the problem (sight unseen) and told us that he'd be happy to come out and cap the pipe and then come back in the spring to fix it, but thought it would be more beneficial to us to just leave the water off and have him wait to come out until the spring. He had a minimum flat rate and if he'd come out in Dec it would be have been an additional $250 just to put a cap on the pipe, which he said was a quick fix. As suggested, we waited to have him come out until April and he fixed the pipe, and did so for far less than he initially quoted us because it didn't take as long as he thought it would. Not only that, but he gave us a recommendation for drywall repair man and some advice on how to remove the little bit of mold that accumulated in the wall during the winter.
