 + -1 moreIn the process of doing their work, PLI damaged both houses including scraping the exterior walls, shooting grout onto the roofs of both houses and unnecessarily drilled holes through the walls of one of the houses. It was high profile job and PLI helped turned it into a nightmare. They were slow to respond to concerns, defensive and never apologized for the problems they caused.
Description of Work: PLI was hired as a sub-contractor to anchor two side-by-side houses.

Description of Work: Sent e-mail requesting estimate for work to repair foundation. Did not receive reply in a week in and a half so left voice mail message with company with phone number to call. Never did receive a call or reply to e-mail requesting estimate for work that we wanted to have completed as soon as possible.

 + -1 moreI requested a cost estimate to see how much it would cost to lay a deck and driveway. A representative came out and was very thorough in scoping out the sites. They sent a proposal in the mail which was very detailed. Instead of a concrete deck, I'll probably go with TREX composite instead, as the amount of money needed in completing this job is a lot more than I anticipated. I am very happy with the company, but not with the amount of money it would take to do the job.
Description of Work: The only work performed was an estimate of the laying of a deck and driveway.

 + -1 moreTHESE GUYS WERE AWESOME ALL AROUND. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM AGAIN OR TO RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
Description of Work: PLI DROVE PILES AND PAVED A LEVEL, STABLE CONCRETE PAD FOR OUR HEAT PUMP (LOCATED ON AN UNSTABLE HILLSIDE WITH ERODING SOIL).
