In the process of doing their work, PLI damaged both houses including scraping the exterior walls, shooting grout onto the roofs of both houses and unnecessarily drilled holes through the walls of one of the houses. It was high profile job and PLI helped turned it into a nightmare. They were slow to respond to concerns, defensive and never apologized for the problems they caused.
