For three years PCMD, Inc. computer repair has brought its personal touch to computer repair for both small business and home consumers in the Portland area. We work with both PCs and Macs and can assist you with all your computer needs whether it be virus & spyware removal, hardware or software installation, data backup, or operating system installation. For small businesses it’s important to know that our services also extend into the areas of network design & implementation as well as server setup & maintenance. Our onsite services cover the entire Portland/Vancouver metropolitan area. We also provide a remote repair service we’ve branded “PCMD On Demand.” It allows us to fix your computer remotely over the internet at a lower cost to you. James is extremely pleasant to work with. While doing the work he anwered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He explained things in a manner in which I could easily understand even the most technical of details. He ran into some difficulties along the way and gave us a slight discount on the bill because he felt it took him longer than he had predicted. I have used this company multiple times over the last few years and feel confident in the work James does.
Description of Work: PCMD transferred all files and information from our old PC to a new one, updated security programs and reconfigured our wireless to work with a VOIP service.
